What does it mean?

Adding -ísimo is like saying “very”, “really”, or “extremely” in English.

Vowel removal: If the adjective ends in a vowel (a, e, o), remove it before adding the suffix.
Example: Caro → Carísimo (Extremely expensive)
Consonants: If it ends in a consonant, just add the suffix.
Example: Fácil → Facilísimo (Really easy)
Gender & Number: The suffix changes to match the noun: -ísimo, -ísima, -ísimos, -ísimas.
Spelling changes: Some letters change to keep the sound:
C → QU (Rico → Riquísimo)
G → GU (Largo → Larguísimo)
Z → C (Feliz → Felicísimo)
